How to set android Lock Screen Wallpager via Intent -

i see many people have asked problem here, here , ... can not find solution. however, see background app on playstore can it.

my purpose want open intent set lock screen wallpager enter image description here

this device samsung s2

generally there no (proper) documentation on how set lock screen wallpaper. samsung doesn't allow far goes.

in phones, able see wallpaper set through wallpaper manager purely dependent on device stock os. , have no control on specifically.
