Multiple actions for the same triggered event UML statechart -

i'm newbie @ uml statechart notation, i'm trying simulate there 2 fired action on same triggered event 1 of these actions optional depending on condition.

the following simulation need, following notation true or false?: enter image description here

in uml state diagrams, each transition triggered 1 , 1 event. in case seems 1 event cause transition 2 different states or, noted, had optional path. advise following:

an uml state chart showing pseudostate branch on conditional leading optional task being executed.

what did use pseudostate branch on condition mentioned. if condition holds, transition bottom final state, if not transition right. while end state same, diagram outlines different behaviour on each transition.

i apologize not using correctly rounded box, online drawing tool used didn't provide these. can see used 2 final states can use one, both permitted in uml.
