android - HTML5 Datetime-local input -

the problem arises in google chrome on android phones. there no 24h format.

example: - when click on datetime-local input wheel choose date , time. there no option choose full range of 24hours. can't choose 23h or 17h.

i dont have option choose or pm.

my timezone on phone set gmt+2 , set 24h time.

edit: atleast know , there ever , option choose 0-24h, or 12h range?
