c# - vs2012 IIS Express:sessionState Mode SQLServer or StateServer throws runtime error -

i want store session using stateserver or sqlserver mode,so add node in web.config file.but error happened.how do? started project vs2012 debug mode.

runtime error description: exception occurred while processing request. additionally, exception occurred while executing custom error page first exception. request has been terminated.
